Offering high-density Gigabit ports and enhanced Gigabit SFP, 1G/10G SFP+ support, the GTS-287A switch serves effectively as a departmental access layer or as an aggregation switch, facilitating the creation of intricate multilevel networks. With its substantial SFP density, network service providers can efficiently structure and extend Fiber to the Building (FTTB) networks to end-user locations.
The AW-GTS-287A allows for sophisticated switch management capabilities, including dynamic port link aggregation, Q-in-Q VLAN, Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol (MSTP), Layer 2/4 Quality of Service (QoS), bandwidth management, IGMP/MLD snooping, GARP VLAN Registration Protocol (GVRP), and sFlow. Its link-aggregation feature supports high-speed trunk operation by combining multiple ports, accommodating up to 14 trunk groups with up to 16 ports per group, with seamless connection fail-over.
Additionally, the AW-GTS-287A is equipped with dual power supply units—a 100~240V AC and a 24~72V DC—to enhance reliability and support scalable redundant power installations.
