Description
The SWT-G11MGHP is equipped with three 100/1000/2500Base-FX SFP ports and eight 10/100/1000Base-TX ports, designed to support high-speed data transfer in bandwidth-intensive networking setups. The 2.5 Gbps SFP ports facilitate swift communications and flexibility in fiber and connector type through SFP modules, addressing various distance requirements. Network intrusion alerts are communicated to operators via SNMP, enhancing security monitoring. The switch integrates multiple Ethernet redundancy protocols, ensuring seamless protection against network disruptions by rerouting transmissions efficiently. Enhanced cybersecurity is offered by the Port Guardian feature, which locks out physical ports if an existing cable is unplugged, deterring network threats from spoofing attempts. Advanced IP-based management capabilities allow users to configure and control bandwidth allocations for connected IP devices. The switch includes four PoE++ ports supporting up to 60 watts each and additional PoE+ ports delivering up to 30 watts, all compliant with IEEE802.3af/IEEE802.3at standards.
