Equipped with a robust processor, these NVRs offer high access and forwarding bandwidth along with superior decoding capabilities, ensuring smooth video streams. With an integrated analytics chip and advanced deep learning algorithms, the NVR supports a wide range of video analytics functions, including AcuPick, enhanced Face Detection+, and Perimeter Protection, enhancing response times to events and making video interactions more dynamic. **Functions**
**AcuPick**
Leveraging both front-end and back-end intelligence, AcuPick technology acts as an efficient video search engine that quickly identifies essential information. It can be used to locate a missing person, identify a specific vehicle, or gather evidence of property damage incidents.
**Perimeter Protection**
Dahua’s Analytics+ includes advanced Tripwire and Intrusion functionalities that provide customizable tripwire settings based on object type, optimizing automation in restricted access zones. Perimeter Protection utilizes fewer pixels for object detection, delivering enhanced accuracy and reducing false alarms triggered by lights, weather, trees, or wildlife.
**Fisheye Dewarping**
The NVR supports Local Fisheye Dewarp for up to four channels and Web Fisheye Dewarp to minimize distortion in circular panoramic views. These capabilities offer various customized modes for different configurations, enhancing both live and playback footage and offering scene adjustment options.
**Face Detection**
Basic Face Detection technology captures human faces in digital images, selecting the best image for output as a snapshot.
**Face Detection+**
Face Detection+ technology goes further by identifying, tracking, and capturing human faces in digital images, extracting key facial features and contours to provide detailed snapshots.
**Heat Map**
The built-in Intelligent Video Surveillance (IVS) features include people counting and heat map functionalities, integrating business intelligence into your security system. This advanced feature tracks and archives data on people flow through a defined scene over various timeframes, visualizing activity through a Heat Map. The people counting and heat mapping capabilities can pinpoint high-traffic areas in commercial settings, offering valuable data analysis.
**Automatic License Plate Recognition**
The NVR automatically captures and archives vehicle license plate images from dedicated cameras. During video playback, operators can conduct license plate searches by time and date to review captured plate images. This capability provides effective ingress/egress management, along with traffic and parking lot monitoring solutions.
**Smart Motion Detection+**
Part of Dahua’s Analytics+ suite, Smart Motion Detection technology enhances alarm accuracy and reduces false alarms. Its advanced algorithm evaluates scenes for human or vehicle motion, filtering out irrelevant motion caused by environmental factors like trees, leaves, animals, or weather, and triggers alarms when valid motion is detected.
