The Altronix Vertiline563 is a 1U rack-mountable power supply designed for EIA 19″ racks, featuring dual independent outputs and an optional battery backup, delivering 56VDC. This versatile power supply is ideal for current and future Altronix products that require a 56VDC input, such as eBridge4PCRX, eBridge16PCRX, and eBridge1PCRX multi-port and single-port IP/PoE over coax adapters. Additionally, it is suitable for any application requiring a 56VDC power source. In scenarios where power needs to be transmitted over CAT5 cables up to 100 meters, utilizing a voltage range of 48VDC to 57VDC is recommended. Higher voltage transmission significantly enhances efficiency by minimizing cable loss compared to lower voltage levels.
