Description
Plenum-rated security cables are designed for deployment in building plenum spaces where direct return air circulation occurs. These cables are dual-listed with NEC/UL or ETL certifications. Many of them also comply with NEC 760 standards, making them suitable for crossover applications in fire alarm systems. The twisted conductor design minimizes crosstalk, while the corrosion-resistant tinned copper drain wires enhance the performance of shielded cables.
