Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unopened packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Options

Money-Back Returns

We’ll refund your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee, when you return eligible items within 7 days. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Prefer store credit? We’ll issue store credit for the full purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee, when you return eligible items within 7 days. Store credit will be applied to your account and can be used for future purchases.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your order number and specify whether you want a refund or store credit
  4. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. We’ll notify you by email when your refund has been processed or store credit has been applied.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Custom or personalized orders
