Description
The 74R1 series Electric Strike is expertly crafted for rim exit devices featuring a 3/4″ Pullman type latchbolt. This strike enables remote electronic access control, allowing the door to open without manually activating the exit device. It is a semi-mortised electric strike tailored for rim exit devices with 3/4″ Pullman-type bolts, excluding auxiliary bolts, and operates electrically under a preload of 35 lbs.
Ideal for installation in hollow metal, wood, and aluminum door jambs.
