Description
The AL1012ACMCB220 power supply converts a nominal 220VAC 50/60Hz input into eight independently controlled 12VDC outputs, which support both Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure configurations, delivering a continuous supply current of 10 amps. These outputs can be activated by an open collector sink or a normally open (NO) dry trigger input from various access control systems such as card readers, keypads, push buttons, or passive infrared (PIR) sensors. This unit efficiently distributes power to a wide range of access control hardware, including magnetic locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders. It can be powered by either a single common power source—facilitating both board operation and locking device power—or two separate power sources, one dedicated to the board and another for lock or accessory power. Additionally, the FACP interface supports emergency egress and alarm monitoring, and can be utilized to trigger other auxiliary devices. The fire alarm disconnect feature is customizable, allowing individual selection for any or all of the eight outputs.
