D8 power distribution modules offer 8 safeguarded DC outputs designed for integration with life safety systems. In a single voltage application, each voltage output zone can be set for continuous output or controlled through a fire alarm interface to manage egress locks. In dual voltage settings, each zone can be configured for continuous output at either voltage or connected to a fire alarm interface to control egress locks, accommodating one of the two system voltages. The F8 power distribution modules enhance the D8 functionalities by incorporating failsafe, fail-secure, and Fire Alarm Interface (FAI) programming for each of the 8 voltage outputs. They also allow voltage selection in a dual voltage system, offering six programming options per zone. Both the D8 and F8 modules are versatile, supporting lock control and power distribution within access control systems and providing power for door holders in fire systems.
