Description
The Altronix ACMS12 is a specialized sub-assembly module crafted for seamless integration into Altronix wall and rack mount enclosures, offering critical power distribution capabilities. Its dual input architecture allows it to channel power from two distinct low voltage sources, ranging from 5 to 24 VDC, into twelve individually controlled, fuse-protected outputs. These outputs can be activated via open collector sink, normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) dry trigger inputs, or through wet outputs from access control systems, card readers, keypads, push buttons, PIR sensors, and more. The ACMS12 proficiently allocates power to various access control hardware such as magnetic locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders, supporting both Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure modes. Equipped with a Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) interface, it facilitates emergency egress, alarm monitoring, and the triggering of auxiliary devices. Additionally, users can individually select the fire alarm disconnect feature for any or all twelve outputs. Its spade connectors enable easy daisy chaining of power across multiple ACMS12 modules, allowing for efficient power distribution across larger security systems.
