Description
The B901 Access Control Interface Module is a fully supervised, addressable SD1/SD12 bus device designed for seamless access control integration with Bosch-compatible security systems. This module offers 14 programmable access authority levels, which can be managed based on criteria such as user level, user group, time of day, door status, and the area armed state. Access restrictions can be controlled through both automatic and manual functions, ensuring flexible security management. When a door has been automatically released by the control panel, manual intervention is required to return it to its normal state. In systems that combine fire and intrusion detection, the B901 should not be utilized to lock emergency egress doors unless these doors are equipped with a mechanical release mechanism for safety compliance.
