Description
The Model MDKP Exterior Wireless Keypad is designed for convenient access control by transmitting a unique signal for each 1-6 digit PIN code entered. Featuring an integrated radio transmitter, it boasts a range of up to 250 feet under line-of-sight conditions. The keypad requires access codes to be programmed into the relevant access controller or receiver, and the number of programmable codes varies with the receiver model. To operate, the user inputs a PIN followed by the # key, sending the code to the receiver for verification. Additionally, downlighting can be activated by pressing the # key twice, remaining illuminated for 30 seconds or until a new code is transmitted. The MDKP is versatile in installation, as it can be mounted on either a wall or a gooseneck pedestal.
