Constructed with heavy-duty .120″ wall tubing, the design is engineered to resist impacts from vandalism and withstand harsh weather conditions. The gooseneck is precisely bent with a 6″ center radius using advanced mandrel bending technology to ensure a smooth curve without compromising structural integrity. The pedestal undergoes a thorough treatment with phosphoric acid, followed by rinsing and drying, to remove contaminants, grease, or rust. It is then finished with a weather-resistant TGIC polyester powder coat with UV protection to ensure durability across all climates.
