Description
The IX-DA is a surface-mount, IP-addressable video intercom designed for seamless integration in access control systems, while the IX-BA offers an IP-addressable, audio-only solution. Both models are engineered for weather resistance and network connectivity through CAT-5e/6 cabling. These door stations are equipped with a built-in dry contact for door release functionality, compatible with 24V AC/DC at 500mA. The IX-DA features a fixed camera with vertical angle adjustment, adhering to ONVIF Profile S standards for interoperability. Each unit can connect with up to 20 master stations—such as the IX-MV or the IX Mobile application—with the option to connect an additional 20 master stations through a contact input. The integrated speaker and microphone facilitate two-way communication with a master station or the IX Mobile App. Additionally, a 600 ohm output is available for paging or connecting to an external speaker/horn. Both models support 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simplified installation and power management.
