Description
The ECS-6RM modular architecture is engineered to fulfill diverse installation requirements for AC power distribution, equipment power conditioning, and surge suppression protection. This compact 1 RU unit integrates six sequential timing sections that can be activated both locally and remotely. Up to three ECS-6RM units can be interconnected, providing independent trigger timing settings across a total of 18 sequenced outlets. As the activation controller and monitor within the system, the ECS-6RM requires a 120V AC Mains ECM (Electrical Controlled Module) for each triggered output. A wide range of remote ECM AC modules is available to cater to varying installation needs. The ECS-6RM can monitor up to six independent 20A AC main lines, offering both voltage and current readings through laboratory-grade meters on the front panel. It features advanced intelligence that assesses AC lines and alerts users to potentially harmful voltages.
The ECS-6RM also offers six sequenced, independent relay contacts. Activation of these contacts is synchronized with the corresponding ECM triggered outputs. Activation methods include the front panel momentary switch, RMT V input (5-24VDC), an external switch, or the optional Remote ECS-KSW6 key switch. Capable of being placed up to 1000 feet from the ECS-6RM, the ECS-KSW6 provides indication of ECM activation and alerts to fault conditions on any or all of the six channels.
