The NHX-80X serves as the central hub for the CommuniCare Nurse Call system, delivering microprocessor-managed control over all calling and communication features within the network. This unit supports operations for one master station, one duty station, and up to 50 patient or common area call stations. For system scalability, it can accommodate up to 80 stations with the addition of a trunk card (NHR-30K) installed in the NHX-80X.
