The Evolution™ Series black powder-coated surface cover with a solid lid is a low-profile solution engineered for seamless integration with EFB45S-style floor boxes. Constructed from die-cast aluminum, this cover features a robust hinge enabling it to rotate open 180 degrees, alongside two slide egress doors that securely lock open and automatically close around cables when the cover is shut. The flange’s beveled edge complies with ADA guidelines and minimizes tripping hazards, making it ideal for installation atop finished flooring such as carpet, tile, wood, polished concrete, and terrazzo. Available in six powder coat finishes—black, gray, brass, nickel, aluminum, and bronze—this cover assembly offers both functionality and aesthetic versatility.
