Description
The Pace1PRMT is a robust long-range Ethernet adapter kit designed for transmitting data at 100mbps full duplex and delivering power through a single twisted pair (UTP) or Cat5e and higher cables, adhering to PoE standards. The receiving unit is powered through a PoE midspan, such as Altronix Netway series, or directly from a PoE endspan. The receiver effectively transmits PoE-compliant power via the cable to the Pace1PTM transceiver, which subsequently powers an IP-enabled camera or device. These plug-and-play units offer cost-efficient solutions for installing IP devices beyond the typical 100m distance limitations. Additionally, they provide a straightforward approach to upgrading outdated analog systems to modern IP technology using single twisted pair (UTP) or structured cabling.
