Description
The Pace1PTM is an advanced long-range Ethernet transceiver specifically engineered for seamless integration with receivers like the Pace1PRM, Pace4PRM, Pace8PRM, and Pace16PRM. This technology transmits data at 100mbps in full duplex, and supplies power through a single twisted pair (UTP) in combination with the Pace1PRM, or via Cat5e or superior cabling compatible with PoE(+) standards. This transceiver ensures safety by not delivering power to non-compliant devices, thereby preventing any damage to improperly connected non-PoE cameras or devices. The receiver efficiently transmits PoE(+) compliant power over the cable to the Pace1PTM transceiver, which then powers up compatible IP cameras or devices. These plug-and-play solutions offer a cost-effective approach for deploying IP devices beyond the 100-meter standard Ethernet limit. They also provide an effortless upgrade path from outdated analog systems to modern IP devices over UTP or structured cabling. Ideal applications include retrofitting digital IP cameras in traditional analog CCTV setups with CAT5 or UTP, extending network link distances in industrial settings, and supporting Megapixel, HD720, HD1080, and VGA (SD) cameras with the appropriate head-end equipment.
