Description
The 6860 remote annunciator represents an effective solution for monitoring system status indicators on Honeywell Silent Knight fire alarm control panels (FACPs) from any system location. This device offers an efficient method for observing system status indicators.
The 6860 is encased in a secure, key-operated cabinet, ensuring both security and convenient access. It eliminates the need for a code or firefighter’s key to silence or reset the control panel. Additionally, it features distinct scroll buttons dedicated to alarm, supervisory, and trouble conditions. This remote annunciator interfaces with the primary fire alarm control panel using an RS-485 connection.
Equipped with a sizable 160-character, 4 x 40 display and four programmable buttons, the 6860 provides enhanced configuration and operational possibilities compared to other similar remote annunciators.
For installation flexibility, the 6860 can be mounted either on the surface or flush. The RA-100TR trim ring is available for surface mounting options.
