Description
The Altronix R1002ULADA is a compact 10A remote power supply and battery charger specifically designed for fire signaling applications, including Notification Appliance Circuit (NAC) expansion for devices such as strobes and horns, in compliance with ADA standards. This rack-mounted configuration is perfect for environments with limited wall space. The R1002ULADA is compatible with any 12 or 24-volt Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP), supplying electronically regulated and filtered 24-volt power to either Class B or Class A NAC loop circuits. The unit supports a maximum alarm current of 10A which can be distributed across four output channels to power NAC devices. All outputs can be set to Input to Output Follower Mode, allowing the output to mirror the input. In non-alarm conditions, the system provides independent loop supervision for Class A and Class B FACP NAC circuits. Additionally, it includes two FACP signaling outputs to manage supervision and power distribution among the available outputs.
