Description
The Altronix R1042ULADA is a compact 10A remote power supply and battery charger designed for fire signaling applications, specifically for expanding Notification Appliance Circuits (NAC) such as strobes and horns to meet ADA standards. Its rack mount drawer design is ideal for installations where wall space is at a premium or unavailable. This power supply is compatible with any 12 or 24 volt Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and also provides auxiliary power to support additional system accessories. It supplies electronically regulated and filtered 24-volt power to both Class B and Class A NAC loop circuits. The unit’s 10A maximum alarm current can be distributed among the four outputs to power NAC devices. All outputs can be programmed for Input to Output Follower Mode, allowing the output to mimic the input. Additionally, two FACP signaling outputs can be utilized to manage supervision and power distribution across any combination of the four outputs.
