Description
The B465 Conettix Universal Dual Path Communicator is an innovative solution designed to convert Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) digital dialer or dry contact outputs from intrusion or fire control panels into IP signals for Ethernet or cellular network transmission. Compliant with UL 864 10th Edition and NFPA 72 2013 standards, this communicator leverages its built-in Ethernet connection and optional plug-in cellular modules (B440/B441/B442/B443) to efficiently relay reports to central monitoring station receivers. Installation and compatibility are seamless, as automation programming for supported control panels remains unaffected by the B465 installation, ensuring an effortless transition from PSTN to IP-based communication. All internally generated messages are presented in Contact ID format at the central station. The module can be powered using a 16.5 VAC transformer or a 24 VDC power supply.
