Description
The ISC-SK10 is a state-of-the-art shock sensor designed for effectively monitoring and detecting mechanical intrusions. One of the standout features of this sensor is its Self-learning mode. During installation, the Self-learning mode utilizes the sensor’s LED indicators to assist in configuring the optimal sensitivity level. During this mode, the sensor captures and analyzes simulated vibration data over a 3-minute period. Using this data, the sensor aids in determining the appropriate sensitivity setting for effective operation.
For adjustable sensitivity, the desired level is achieved through four available sensitivity settings, with additional fine-tuning possible via the potentiometer. The sensor is equipped with a dual-color LED indicator, where the green LED signifies vibration, and the red LED indicates alarm activation. During the Self-learning mode, the LED behavior guides the installer on the recommended sensitivity settings.
Moreover, the sensitivity can be configured based on the specific installation requirements to detect vibrations caused by drilling, sawing, or equivalent mechanical activities.
