Description
The DGX-AIE is an audio insert/extract module designed for use with the Enova DGX 8, 16, 32, and 64 matrix switcher systems. This board enables audio insertion or extraction from the first 16 video input or output slots. For the Enova DGX 8, 16, and 32 models, the system can accommodate one audio insert/extract module on both the input and output sides, while the Enova DGX 64 model supports up to four audio insert/extract modules per side. The audio processing module streamlines system architecture by allowing audio signals from nearby sources to be directly integrated into the matrix switcher. This functionality can significantly reduce overall system costs by eliminating the need for additional transmitters and receivers. It also allows for the extraction of embedded audio to be routed to separate audio systems for distribution throughout different environments.
