The AXIS Q2901-EP T Mount is an outdoor-ready, bullet-style thermal camera designed for installation on pan-tilt motors, enabling it to cover expansive areas efficiently. It integrates a serial port compatible with RS422/RS485 for seamless communication with pan-tilt systems.
This advanced thermal camera provides high-resolution thermal imaging at 336×256 and supports up to six configurable temperature alarm zones. These zones can trigger alerts based on deviations above or below preset thresholds or changes in temperature rates. The camera also includes spot temperature measurement functionality for immediate assessment of specific areas and features isothermal palettes to enhance visualization of hot spots, aiding in the identification of overheated equipment. Unlike traditional color palettes, isothermal palettes emphasize temperature spans within the image.
Offered with two lens options, it facilitates effective remote monitoring of critical temperatures over varying distances. Installation is streamlined and cost-effective thanks to Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) compatibility.
