The system offers a comprehensive view of the campus layout, allowing users to easily establish communication zones or select individual or multiple rooms for bell scheduling and announcements. With an intuitive, non-technical user interface, managing and adjusting bell schedules becomes a straightforward task. Users can effortlessly make announcements and establish paging zones without needing assistance or consulting manuals. The system ensures precise timekeeping with synchronization to a network time server, aligning bell operations perfectly with IP clocks. In emergencies, audio messages can be disseminated campus-wide at the touch of a button either from the control panel or remotely via a tablet device. Designed to be compatible with SchoolView hardware installed in each room, this all-in-one solution includes the NX-1200, preloaded with the SchoolView software for optimal performance. For every 12 rooms, an additional NX-1200 is recommended to ensure seamless operations.
